The signing of this contract shall entitle the aforementioned student to enroll at The Music Center and participate in ongoing classes.
Following the initial,
all lessons shall be purchased in blocks of four.
The student is allowed one (1) reschedule per 60 days, exceptions for emergencies. Rescheduled
lessons require a 24 hour notice. Lessons are to be made up prior to the next scheduled lesson or it will be forfeited. The only exception to this is if a
teacher is only available one day a week.
Payment is due at the time of the last scheduled lesson.
The Music Center cannot guarantee your time slot
without a payment.
All lessons are
NON-REFUNDABLE.
NOTE:
This contract is an agreement with The Music Center, and not with the instructor. The Music Center reserves the right to remove instructors from the schedule without notice.
